The following is what you will see if you need to create an account:

Beside name, type in your first and last name. If your actual name is Frederick and you like to be known as Fred, then type in Fred as your first name.
Although you can pick whatever username you want, a preferred method is to use your last name immediately followed by the first letter of your first name, no spaces.
Your e-mail address should be the e-mail address you would most likely have access to the most. As an example, if you use your e-mail address from work and you cannot pick up that e-mail unless you're at work it could possibly be a disadvantage to you.
Pick a password you can remember. Note that passwords are case-sensitive while the username is not.
I highly recommend that you buy a little black book. You can pick them up in the stationery department of Wal-Mart and many other stores. The size I got is 3 inches wide and 5 inches long. I use it to put in all my usernames and passwords for all the different sites I go to. This is what it may look like:
http://Toastmasters.org
username:
password:
http://d42tm.org
username:
password:
http://kossowan.freetoasthost.org
username:

If you didn't use the above method to remember your username and password, you may have to click on; "Password Reminder". The following is what happens when you do that.
If you use the convention for username as I described above, you won't have problems remembering it, (last name immediately followed by the letter of your first name).
Remember to change your password in your little black book.
