This Privacy Statement has been developed to set guidelines for our members' contact and personal information and has been vetted by legal counsel.  District 42 will be guided by this Privacy Statement, even though under legislation we are not required to create a Privacy Statement as we are a not-for-profit organization and are not conducting commercial business.  Clubs are not required to develop a Privacy Statement; however, should they wish to, please contact the Immediate Past District Governor for guidance.  Thanks to PDG Tim Lambert DTM, PDG Brad Korbo DTM, and Spencer Fawkes DTM for their hard work in creating this Privacy Statement.
